Trademark violations in China up 10% in 2010, Shanzai feel the heat

Reports yesterday from the State Administration for Industry & Commerce have revealed that trademark infringement cases totaled 56,000 in 2010, a rise of 9.78 percent compare to 2009 figures. Other figures also seem to point to China's continued efforts to rid the country of its image as the world's clone kingdom. Read more
