The latest twist in the ongoing war between the Chinese mobile equipment giants, is that ZTE has filed a case against Huawei in a Shenzhen court demanding that Huawei stop using equipment related to 4G TD-LTE technology. They have accused Huawei of infringing on three of their TD-LTE patents.
